Fringe Central @ Children's International Art Gallery

The International Children's Art Gallery is THE place to be for all your Fringe-y needs this year; wanna know what we have going on for shows? Need to double check times for our virtual components? Need tickets or to pick up your festival buttons? Or maybe you just want more information on how YOU can be a part of PGH Fringe! (That's right, we want YOU!! Be you a producer, dancer, storyteller, actor, arts admin, fundraiser, technician or a person who likes volunteering in the arts, we're looking to involve everyone!! After all, this is YOUR fringe! )

The Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation's Community Activity Center

113 North Pacific Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15224
The BGC’s Community Activity Center, located at 113 N. Pacific Avenue, is the home to a wide spectrum of activities and events over the course of the year. From public meetings on crucial issues or projects, to summer camps for youngsters, to free tax return assistance for working people, to cultural and workforce development programs, the Center fills a need unmet by other facilities in the area. Built as a United Methodist Church in 1898, the Center was recently retrofitted with new heating, cooling, flooring, electrical and window systems, thanks to a loan from Landmarks Community Capital Corp. The BGC’s Board of Directors meets the 2nd Monday of every month in the main hall, and its meetings are open to the public.

Level Up Studios

Level Up Studios is a creative arts studio that offers Dance & Martial Arts Training, Design Services, Creative Writing Courses & Piano Lessons under one roof. Inspired by hip hop culture, Level Up celebrates its positive roots and serves as a creative playground for underserved youth, local artists/ musicians and cultural enthusiasts. 

Created out of a passion for community reinvestment, we aim to make art, music and movement accessible in life, not just the classroom. Here we encourage students to explore their ideas through experimentation in the arts while building the skills to develop career related interests, self confidence, and cultural awareness.

The studio is one large space.  Please enter the space quietly as a show may be going on.  ​

Bantha Tea Bar

5002 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15224
Bantha Tea Bar is located in Bloomfield-Garfield. Seats 45 with many selections of teas to choose from. Solar powered, reverse osmosis water filtrated water, with reused, recycled materials for the space. We also offer desserts and other treats.

Irma Freeman Center for Imagination

The Irma Freeman Center for the Imagination is an arts and green energy community center with a mission to enrich and diversity the local community by building positive experiences in a multicultural, progressive setting.

We use art, including the work of Irma Freeman, to nurture the imagination.  By instilling confidence through creativity and a knowledge of sustainable living, we strive to make the world a better place.
​Located in Bloomfield-Garfield, this space has two rooms for Gallery needs. A Stage and PA System is in the back room.

Mettā: A Healing Arts Community

METTĀ is Pali for loving-kindness, the core value on which this community of healers and artists is based. We believe that all beings have equal to right to the love, healing, creativity, and abundance that mother earth provides, and therefore seek to share and hone our gifts with a spirit of generosity and compassion.

We currently offer herbal consultations; astrological consultations; tarot readings; tarot and astrological study groups; psychic development courses; meditation and pranayama meet-ups; regular tai chi, yoga, and ecstatic dance classes, as well as an evolving rotation of workshops and a consciousness-raising weekend concert series.

The Mr. Roboto Project

The Mr. Roboto Project is a cooperatively-run show space and art gallery located in Pittsburgh, PA.  Our aim is to create a comfortable and open safe space for people to experience a true DIY (do-it-yourself) community.
​
Roboto identifies as a "safer space," meaning racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other types of oppressive language are considered inappropriate and are not tolerated. Roboto is meant to be a safe, respectful, welcoming space for everyone.

Virtual Fringe

Located at your house, a coffee shop, the library...wherever the internet is available!
For the first time in three years, the Pittsburgh Virtual Fringe will be running in conjunction with our newly back, in-personal festival! Log on, tune in, and see artists from around the region (and East Coast...and from Russia!) perform and/or show their art pieces in this virtual format.
